Agreement

By using theolv.com or purchasing from The Optimized Life Vibe (“OLV”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

Our services

OLV offers the Optimized Life Vibe Assessment and poster, third-party assessments (such as CliftonStrengths and DISC) and 1:1 coaching. Descriptions and prices are listed on the site and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is a forward-focused, educational partnership. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or legal or financial advice, and it isn’t a substitute for them. You’re responsible for your own decisions and results. If you’re in crisis, contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 (U.S.).

No guaranteed results

Assessments and coaching provide insight and guidance. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, so we can’t guarantee specific results.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Coaching packages are paid in full at purchase unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Scheduling & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used. Coaching packages should be used within 6 months of purchase unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds

Because the OLV Assessment and poster are personalized, they’re non-refundable once your assessment link has been delivered. Third-party assessment codes are non-refundable once issued. For coaching, unused sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion. Please contact us and we’ll work with you fairly.

Intellectual property

The OLV name, logo, assessment, poster designs and site content belong to The Optimized Life Vibe. Your personal results are yours to use and share. Please don’t copy or resell our materials. CliftonStrengths is a trademark of Gallup, Inc.; DISC and Hogan materials belong to their respective owners.

Using this website

Please use the site lawfully. We may update or change the site at any time. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLV’s total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
