Who we are

The Optimized Life Vibe (“OLV,” “we,” “us”) provides assessments and coaching led by Stacey Berger. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through theolv.com. Questions? Email contact@theolv.com.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone, role, company, goals and messages when you contact us, book a call, subscribe or purchase.
• Assessment and coaching information: your responses and the notes needed to deliver your results, poster and sessions.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Device and usage data: basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) that our hosting provider may log for security and performance.

How we use it

• To deliver assessments, posters and coaching you’ve purchased
• To respond to messages and schedule calls
• To send our newsletter if you’ve opted in
• To process payments and keep business records
• To improve our website and services

We do not sell your personal information.

Email marketing

We only send marketing emails if you’ve checked the consent box. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality obligations, such as: Stripe (payments), our email newsletter provider, our form and scheduling tools, and our website host (Netlify). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Coaching confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of serious harm. If your coaching is sponsored by an employer, we’ll agree up front, with you, what (if anything) is shared with them.

Cookies & local storage

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping cart. Stripe may set cookies needed for fraud prevention during checkout.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@theolv.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
