Regularly. Life changes, and so do your needs. Many people retake it every 6 to 12 months or after a big transition to track growth and get updated tips. Think of it as a check-in to make sure you’re living fully.

The OLV Snapshot, a 3-minute mini-assessment with 14 questions, is free. OLV Digital, with the full assessment, results report and poster download, is $27 (regularly $37). Printed posters are $39 for 18x24 or $49 for 24x36. The OLV Vibe Session, which adds a printed 24x36 poster and a 60-minute 1:1 session with me, is $147 (regularly $197). The OLV Circle membership is $9 a month or $59 a year (regularly $79). Founding prices apply to the first 100 members or through Jan 31, 2027.

Sessions are 1:1 and held virtually unless we arrange otherwise. We set clear goals, work through what matters most and leave each session with specific actions.

À La Carte is great for one focused challenge. The Bundle is ideal if you want to understand how you’re wired. Integration (4 sessions) builds new habits, and Mastery (6 sessions) is for deep, sustained change. Compare them side by side.

No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It isn’t a substitute for medical or mental-health care. If therapy would serve you better, I’ll tell you and help you find support.
